Er en dynamisk og kraftfuld træning henover gulv, ledsaget af musik. Kondition, bevægelighed, koordination og balance styrkes. Bevidstheden om center, alignment, grounding, åndedræt samt tid og rum skærpes. Træningen afsluttes med 30 minutters stræk.

Awareness of centre, alignment, grounding, breathing, time and space is enhanced. Each session concludes with 30 minutes of stretching.
